it's lovely wildlife of nesting herons and ducks.

and rear loggiatos/terraces. Satellite TV, DVD and Hi-Fi system. |

The
newly installed kitchen has granite worktops, XXL stainless steel
fridge, stainless steel eye level oven plus hob, Dualit toaster, kettle
and all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The washing machine, iron
and ironing board can be found in the laundry/utility room on the rear loggiato. The living room leads to a cloakroom with door opening into
the elegant shower room with open walk-in shower, bidet, toilet and
large basin inset into the marble worktop which matches the flooring. |

There is an additional double bedroom with
individually switched wall lights plus a twin bed room which can
have an additional single bed if required. A cot is also
available on request.
The large Cantina/basement, is set up as a games room. It also has a spare divan in case the party requires
extra sleeping accommodation. |

The stairs rise from the living room to the upper
floor with master bedroom with spacious en-suite bathroom matching the
lower floor. There is a large built-in wardrobe, double bed, bedside
cabinets and wall lights with dimmer switches. Double glass doors open
on to the balcony with sea and mountain views and rattan table and 2
chairs.
